Almond Flour Biscuits

  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ c. sour cream
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 c. finely ground almond flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk together egg, sour cream and salt. Stir in the almond flour and baking powder. Mix until well blended. Using a scoop, make 6 mounds of the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Do not flatten the mounds. Bake until golden, 15-18 minutes. Serve warm.
