We are busy at the Gardens of Spring Meadows. The seedlings are growing and we are looking forward to a bountiful harvest this summer. Some of the baby seedlings have moved from the nursery to the next step up—larger pots. It’s fun to watch them grow.
Why do we do it? We like knowing that our food comes fresh from the garden, grown in an environment without harsh chemicals. It’s worth the work!
