4 large baking potatoes
1/2 cup melted butter (not margarine!!!)
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
Grated Parmesan cheese
Chives, chopped for garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place rack in center of oven.
Wash large baking potatoes. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
When cooled, slice into 1 inch strips.
Dredge cut strips into butter, then sprinkle with Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix.
Wrap strips of bacon around each coated potato strip and secure with a toothpick. Place wrapped potato strips on drip pan and place in oven.
Bake at 400 degrees until bacon is crisp. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Garnish with chopped chives if desired.
Serve with Ranch Dressing for dipping.
