Holiday Recipes | Life at Spring Meadows<\/p><\/div>\n

This is a fun and simple recipe that I made with my two grands. They loved\u00a0being creative\u00a0and I enjoyed watcing, listening to their chatter and giggles as they created their works of art!\u00a0It was as easy as anything we have done and taste so good! Be sure to make plenty! They go fast!<\/p>\n

What You Need<\/h3>\n

1 bag nutter butter mini-bites (cookies)<\/p>\n

1 bag Hersey Kisses<\/p>\n

1 (6 oz.) bag Nestles semi-sweet morsels<\/p>\n

Directions<\/h3>\n

Melt 1\/4 cup semi-sweet morsels in a microwave safe dish. This will be your glue.<\/p>\n

Unwrap a\u00a0Hersey Kiss. Dip the flat end in the melted morsels,\u00a0then press\u00a0to\u00a0the flat side of a nutter-butter mini-bite. Place a\u00a0semi-sweet morsel into a\u00a0small dab of melted morels on the opposite side of the mini-bite\u00a0to create the stem of your acorn.\u00a0Place on waxed paper to cool and harden. Repeat to create as many acorns as you will need.<\/p>\n

One bag of nutter-butters will make about 80 acorns. These go fast, so make sure to prepare enough for everyone. Enjoy!<\/p>\n
